Ed Roman – Featured Artist

Ed is a musician’s musician. The video for “I Am In Love” is what made me want to feature Ed. He is shown as playing every instrument and the tune is fantastic. His love for music and life explode from the screen in this video and it is just wonderful. It’s so much fun to watch him enjoy performing his music. Ed describes himself as a singer/songwriter who has lived a sort of “Orwellian” existent up in Canada, ey. You can also see one of his giant tomatoes in the video below…

Due to Ed’s dyslexia he’s working for a fundraiser to help kids and education which is where his new single “Red Omen” comes into play. I can’t help but think Dave Matthews, Blues Traveler, and Toad The Wet Sprocket when the intro starts. I like the free flow meter in the vocals and it sort of reminds me of a Springsteen tune. I hate to compare musicians to others, but for you to be interested I must. If you’re into those sort of genres then I recommend you check out Ed Roman!

Not only is Ed a seriously talented musician but he’s also a seriously genuine human being. I feel like it is an honor to have him as our featured artist. We save this space for the best of the best that we come across in our efforts to highlight indie musicians from all over the world. Ed is a perfect example!

I’m curious to know what YOU think about the music of Ed Roman! Let me know on social media and also let Ed know that you heard his music here first on Indie Music Plus! As always, thank you for reading and continuing to support indie music of all genres!
